  1. Hi Savva,

Please let me know how Martin has done with the H&S paperwork. Let me know if he finally contacted you.

Also, please be sure to make a list of all the tasks that have been done by your team until today. I want a printed copy for tomorrow. I want to have a meeting with the 3 teamleaders in order to know what has been achieved until today and what now needs to be done. The purpose is that we are all aware and have a copy of the tasks and deadlines the three teams will have to work toward to once the holidays are over. See you in class.

  2. Hi Savva,
Hope you had lovely holidays and that you were able to relax. I just posted a comment to Tom in about invitations. I spoke with High Chelmer people (this time was Jackie) who told me, after looking at Natalie's agenda that we are booked for the days we all arranged in units 9-11. The problem, and main reason why they are not able to tell us exact units is because another exhibition overlaps with ours (in the same units). Still, I asked her if it was possible to put some signage around the shopping mall to guide visitors to your exhibition. She told me she wouldn't find any problem with that. So, I suggest you to contact Craig and ask him to start working in signage for this. Also, asked Tom to contact you (once we all come back from holidays) and start working with you in what you're going to add in the invitations, print them and send them as soon as possible. He has quite an interesting list of people and companies to invite. Use it and try to do it as soon as possible to give people time to include your event in their agendas.
Because we have the problem of not knowing the exact place inside High Chelmer, I suggest you to just include the shopping mall name and then guide people through the mall with signage. Still, I don't believe it's such an important issue considering the fact that people don't know what number of unit is each. If they have maps inside the mall, be sure of calling them and asking them if you can use stickers (small stickers) to put in the map showing the final and exact place of the exhibition. This might also help people to find their way around. Hope this is useful. Unfortunately they still don't know. So lets try to sort this problems the best we can and as cheap and as soon as possible.
Take care Savva and see you soon,
    Mariana.
