Chosen Concept - delegated tasks

The chosen concept is now "Design Studio". As the team leader for the exhibition group I had delegated tasks to everyone to be completed for next week, these are as follows:

John
-To research companies that can offer large props such as giant pencils and crayons and to try and establish one as a sponsor to hopefully get the props for free. To rumage through his home to see what he can contribute to the exhibition. And to enquire about pricing of vinyls and to see if minimal use of multiple colours will effect pricing so that we may instruct the Graphics group to produce alternative single or two colour logos. To think about who we would want to invite and bring in 3 images of work he would like to exhibit. To also bring in sketches that enabled the final creation of his chosen pieces. (this is to ses if we can use these as backgrounds to the work they evolved from)

Teresa
-To see if we can use university partition walls to help break up the exhibition. To rumage through her home to see what he can contribute to the exhibition. To think about who we would want to invite and bring in 3 images of work he would like to exhibit. To also bring in sketches that enabled the final creation of her chosen pieces . (this is to ses if we can use these as backgrounds to the work they evolved from)

-To see if we can get sponsored by Tesco so that they may be able to cover the catering. To rumage through his home to see what he can contribute to the exhibition. To see if he can get hold of a polaroid camera as an alternative to just printing pictures of one another. To think about who we would want to invite and bring in 3 images of work he would like to exhibit. To also bring in sketches that enabled the final creation of his chosen pieces . (this is to see if we can use these as backgrounds to the work they evolved from)

-To enquire about our limitations of the exhibition (health and safety) i.e. do large props needto be barriered away from the public. To also enquire about wireless equipment so that we may keep DVD players seperate to the T.Vs to allow flexibility of the positions of the screens. -To establish communication with radio stations to se if we can get advertised. To rumage through his home to see what he can contribute to the exhibition.
