I had communicated with Craig who is the leader of the Graphics team asking him when he thinks his team will have a finalised logo so that we can adevrtise on the Anglia Ruskin website asap.

ReplyDeleteCertainly, the communication between team leaders has been positive and efficient. I just want the same level of communication with members of your team. Please be sure that every single member is aware of decisions taken in your team leaders meetings and also (VERY IMPORTANT) that they have a time table with deadlines and specific tasks.
