Agender of discussion for next week

The topics that we have to talk, examine and decide are:

• Rough costings for the exhibition
• If we need money; how we can organise a fund raiser.
• To get a rough timetable sorted for the rota on exhibition week
• To confirm that we can use thrown out paper at the unversity for the exhibit as there maybe a problem with confidential waste.
• To decide on who we want to invite and start thinking about invititation designs.
• To talk about how the public can interact with the exhibition i.e. drawing on whiteboards etc
